This session will provide teachers in the secondary levels (6-12) knowledge and tools to integrate English Language Development in their content area lessons. It will provide participants an opportunity to implement strategies that will encourage students, specifically LTELs, to use academic language in the content area classroom while practicing the modes of communication presented in the ELD Standards (Interpretive, Collaborative, and Productive).
